Wire Speed TCP Flow
Capture and Reassembly
The GVS2000 reassembles all packets into entire flows
via programmable hardware. This allows for the initial
level of application classification and policy enforcement.

Screen and Channel Blocking
As the only solution capable of wire speed TCP reassembly,
the GVS2000 is also the only solution capable of wire
speed deep content inspection, exact match filtering
and channel blocking.

Real-Time Payload
Decoding and Deep Content Inspection
Global Velocity’s payload decoders analyze the session
as per the document type identified by hardware and are able
to determine core content for inspection. Global Velocity
also provides an innovative plug-in architecture allowing
for quick and easy custom development of payload decoders
for very unique format types or legacy applications.
Real-Time Content
Matching and Filtering
Once decoded, the content is then analyzed in real time and
rules applied as per the system configuration. If the content
is matched and the rule is to block, the system either drops
packets or resets the session (based upon the established
rule), thus preventing the information leak.
Network Deployment
The GVS2000 appliance can be implemented inline or out-of-band
and maintains the same level of content control regardless.
Neither scenario requires changes to network, applications
or desktop settings. |
